Purification of Pd catalyst for oxygen removal from nitrogen generator:

A certain flow rate and purity of nitrogen and hydrogen enter the device at the same time. After fully mixing in the mixer, they enter the device equipped with palladium catalyst deaerator. Under the action of deoxidizing catalyst, the chemical reaction of 2H2+O2=2H2 is produced to achieve the purpose of deoxidization. After deoxidization, water in nitrogen is dehydrated by cooler, and then nitrogen continues to enter the dryer to dry, so that the dew point of nitrogen reaches - 60 C. Two dryers are equipped, one of which is for adsorption drying, the other is for regeneration of the dryer that has absorbed saturated water, in order to prepare for the next cycle of adsorption work. After drying, nitrogen is dedusted through filters, and the final product is high purity nitrogen.
